Service Description

This session is a great follow on from the Introduction to Alcohol Inks. This time we will be crating a tile in with your best design. This will be sprayed and can be used as either a display art piece on a stand or as a coaster. We will also use the alcohol inks to decorate your white plant pot or vase (please bring a plain white ceramic pot or vase with you). Again, these will be sprayed with a coating to make them more durable and you can collect them just a couple of days later. I also run a Alcohol Ink Short Course if you would like to learn further techniques and create artwork with a difference. Please see the list of workshops for this. Please note that alcohol inks stain so I will supply an apron and gloves but you should wear clothes that you don't mind getting stained. Also, please note that it isn't particularly smelly but a well ventilated room is advisable to the large doors will be open so you may want to bring an old jumper. * Isopropyl alcohol fumes can cause irritation to those with existing respiratory conditions. Please check that you don't suffer from a condition that could be affected. We enjoy tea/coffee and a sweet treat during daytime workshops and a glass of fizz for an evening workshop.
