This workshop is a great introduction to alcohol inks. With this medium you don't really need a paint brush and you just have to go with the flow a little. It is a fluid art form, is great fun and can produce some really stunning images. You may want to frame them or make them into cards. The choice is yours. Let me show you some of the techniques needed in order to create both abstract images and this style of floral images. The colours are vivid and rather stunning. You will get the chance to make 3 to 4 striking images during the introductory sessions. Please note that alcohol inks stain so I will supply an apron and gloves but you should wear clothes that you don't mind getting stained. Also, please note that it isn't particularly smelly but a well ventilated room is advisable to the large doors will be open so you may want to bring an old jumper. * Isopropyl alcohol fumes can cause irritation to those with existing respiratory conditions. Please check that you don't suffer from a condition that could be affected. We enjoy tea/coffee and a sweet treat during daytime workshops and a glass of fizz for an evening workshop.
