This workshop is a great introduction to alcohol inks. We will create a loose floral image and vase using these beautiful fluid inks. We will largely be using paint brushes to create this along with a final flurry of other techniques to finish it off. One for framing maybe!? (I also run a One Day of Alcohol Inks Workshop 10am until 3.30pm where we look at many more techniques including dotting, layering, painting, blowing etc). In this workshop we usually create a blow out flower on tile, a hydrangea, a bird on a textured background etc. Please note that alcohol inks stain so I will supply an apron and gloves but you should wear clothes that you don't mind getting stained. Also, please note that it isn't particularly smelly but a well ventilated room is advisable to the large doors will be open so you may want to bring an old jumper. * Isopropyl alcohol fumes can cause irritation to those with existing respiratory conditions. Please check that you don't suffer from a condition that could be affected. We enjoy tea/coffee and a sweet treat during daytime workshops and a glass of fizz for an evening workshop.
