Service Description

If you know me at all, you will know that I love a bit of recycling and/or re-purposing. In this workshop we will make new beautiful deckle edged papers from recycling old receipts, textbooks, scrap paper etc and we will use paper making sizing which makes the paper less absorbent so colours won't bleed when you right on it. You can choose to make plain papers, or you can add petals to decorate or seeds so the papers can be planted or a combination of papers. There is also a rang e of threads, wax shavings and other bits and pieces to decorate or add texture or colour to your papers. Tuition, all resources and refreshments included. It can be a little messy, old clothes or an apron are advised. We can enjoy tea/coffee/sweet treat for daytime workshops & a glass or two of fizz for the evening events.
