Would you like to explore print making onto fabric? It's easier than you think. Using a range of techniques such as creating your own stencils, freehand painting, using a range of print making tools or pre bought stencils, we can achieve lots of different effects and textures. First of all will have a little play with ideas on a piece of cloth, this will help you to plan for the final piece. The final piece could be a Tote Bag, or a Zipped Pencil Case, Cotton Napkins, a Tea Towel or just print your design onto a piece of fabric to use another time. Or print onto individual square pieces of fabric ready to make a quilt. Or you might want to bring along a linen or cotton top to print on. The choices are endless. These prints could make a unique gift for yourself, someone you love, a stunning housewarming or wedding gift, or go towards a bigger unique project such as a quilt. It's super easy and fun. Let me show you how. All resources are included but if you have something in particular like a top or a cushion cover of your own that you would like to print on, then please feel free to bring it along. The fabric paints are opaque so we can print on a coloured fabric.
